What's NewOur inventory has been growing by leaps and bounds - new fabric (batiks, stonehenge, fun collections from moda including "pure", "origins" and "spirit" as well as from quilting treasures and henry glass-"sanibel", new supplies (grommets in all colors, round and square), new books, new patterns, new kits (cheryl phillips' moroccan tile as advertised in magazines and the tonga back to nature), new patterns, and new bamboo/cotton-blend batting. We strive to bring you the latest and most interesting merchandise in the quilting world.
Are you a "Groovy Girl (or Guy)"? We will have a new club starting in October with free, small project patterns from Atkinson Designs (Yellow Brick Road, Pockets to Go...) We plan to have lots of fun for the six meetings we will have before May, 2011. More information will be available in a couple of weeks.Remember that we rent the Handi-Quilter on a per hour basis so you can finish your projects yourself. A basic how-to class is required first and then rental is $15 per hour ($20 the first hour after the class). It's lots of fun and you can then say "I did it all myself". We are having a Cuddle Trunk Show beginning the week of September 14. If you've had a chance to feel this luscious, soft. 60"-wide fabric but weren't sure what to do with it, we will have some samples hanging. Kits are available for each sample, as well as free instructions. |
